In line with the framework of the consultative sessions held by the State Council with various relevant stakeholders, and the cordial invitation from the Council to Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA). Her Excellency Dr. Jokha bint Abdullah Al Shukaili - CEO of the OAAAQA, and Mr Muatasim Al Amri, Senior National Qualifications Framework Officer, attended the meeting held at the State Council headquarters on Thursday, 24 February 24, to discuss the equivalence and authentication of educational certificates. OAAAQA presented a PowerPoint presentation during the meeting on its most prominent competencies, activities and challenges, in addition to an overview of the National Qualifications Framework in the Sultanate of Oman, and the mechanisms for its development, management and implementation. The meeting was held in the presence of Honorable Dr Sayyid Said bin Sultan Al Busaidi and a number of honorable members of the State Council and specialists in the Council's General Secretariat.
