On Monday, 31 October 2022, Her Excellency Professor Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrooqi, the Minster of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation and Chairperson of OAAAQA’s Board of Directors, and in the presence of Her Excellency Dr Jokha bint Abdullah Al Shukaili, CEO of OAAAQA, presented Oman Dental College (ODC) with their Institutional Accreditation certificate. The certificate was received by Dr Nutayla bint Said bin Omran Al Harthy, Dean of ODC, and in the presence of Mr Saleh bin Khalfan Al Harthy, Deputy Dean of the college and Mr Mohammed bin Issa Al Ismaili, Executive Director of the Business Development Unit.
The OAAAQA Board approved the resulting Institutional Standards Reassessment (ISR) (First Attempt) Report on 6 October 2022 and the College has received a copy of that report. The ODC ISR I resulted in an Accreditation Outcome of ‘Accredited’. ODC now joins the ranks of other HEIs already accredited by OAAAQA.
