The Board of the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA) held its first meeting of 2023 on Sunday, March 12, 2023. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI).
Her Excellency, Professor Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrooqi, the Chair of the OAAAQA Board, chaired the meeting. The agenda of the meeting included a number of topics, including: Discussing the annual report of the OAAAQA achievements for the year 2022, the report on school performance evaluation processes (experimental operations), the proposed amendments of the strategic plan 2021-2025. A number of OAAAQA specialists and experts who presented the project of reviewing and developing the institutional accreditation system also attended the meeting.
