Believing in the importance of being informed with the international practices regarding the processes of evaluating and accrediting the private educational institutions, her Excellency Dr. Jokha Al-Shukaili the Chief Executive Officer of the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority and Quality Assurance of Education attended on Sunday 5th June 2022 a presentation by Aldhahla Al-Rawahi and Zuhoor Al-Lawati about the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), one of the international associations that grants accreditation to the British International schools. The presentation aimed to introduce the standards of COBIS, the processes of joining the council and the facilities it provides to the accredited schools around the world. Furtherly, it compared the standards of the council with the standards of the Centre of Schools Education Quality Assurance.
