Nasser Al Hinai is the Deputy CEO Planning and Development. He joined the OAAA in March 2015. 
Nasser graduated from Sultan Qaboos University with a B.Ed in English Language Teaching in 1996. In 2000, he was awarded an M.Ed in Educational Management and Policy Studies from Bristol University, UK. He completed his full-time P.hD in Education by research in the field of teaching effectiveness and quality assurance in higher education at Durham University, UK, in 2011. 
Prior to joining the OAAA, Nasser taught English language at the Higher College of Technology, Muscat, for many years, initially as an assistant lecturer and then as a lecturer and assistant professor. In the same College, he also served in full time positions as the Director of the English Language Center and later as the Head of the Quality Assurance Unit for several years.
