In February 2023, the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA), represented by the Directorate General of the National Qualifications Framework (DGNQF), conducted four capacity building training workshops for a number of Oman Qualifications Framework External Reviewers (OQFERs). These workshops aimed at providing clarification on the OQFERs’ roles and responsibilities related to the Listing or Alignment evaluation of qualifications. The workshops also included intensive practical training on the way in which Listing or Alignment Applications are evaluated. It is worth noting that the OQFERs have been selected according to specific criteria set by the DGNQF.
